The actions of your life are determined by your last most dominant thought. So turn your mind to those things that are good, true, beautiful, and noble–and your life will be a reflection of these things. In other words, concentrate on what you want and avoid thinking of things that are counter-productive to your dream life.
What are you thinking about most of the time? If you aren’t sure, take a look at your life. Whatever you’re experiencing, is a result of your thinking. If you want something different, start paying more attention to your thoughts.
Although this information was the basis for my discovery of the Mental Codes(R) Secret Power of the Mind, human beings have known the power of thought for thousands of years.
Jesus, Muhammad, Buddha, as well as many others taught their disciples and followers exactly how thought is what will create a person’s reality. Philosophers from ancient to modern times have shared the same knowledge.
With the understanding of thought and reality being around for so long, and shared by so many, why would a person still choose to think of things they don’t want? The reason why human beings think more of what they don’t want, compared to what they do want, is how they are programmed to think. It is this programming that I call the Mental Codes(R).
Your Mental Codes are the Fearful, Repetitive, and Intermittent thoughts that go through your mind regularly. We generally learn these thoughts from other people or our own life’s experiences.
If there is a part of your life that is less than desirable, you do not have a complete comprehension of that area. Keep in mind, you can only be happy with things you comprehend. You can not find happiness with something you do not comprehend.
To gain a better understanding of life, pay more attention to your dominate thoughts. Begin to make a conscious effort to change your thinking patterns to be more in line with what you want out of life.
Although what I am sharing with you is the basic premise in success and life, it is by far the most misused process for most people. While many good hearted people try a wide variety of things to improve their life, such as seminars and reading books, they continue to think the same way.
Start by changing your thinking. Everything else will follow.
I highly suggest going on a “Mental Diet.”
For the next three days, only allow yourself to think good thoughts about your dream life and avoid any negative thinking. This includes the media, friends, family, etc. Only concentrate on the things you want to accomplish.
After just three days, take an inventory of your progress and well being. You’ll notice a significant improvement and greater happiness in as little as three days.
Continue this process, if you like what you see, for another three days or until your new thought patterns are based upon what you want instead of what you don’t want.
