    one has to be happy, not worry about everything little thing that goes wrong, think of others who have life a lot worse or the ones who are gone who whould like to swich with you, but most importantly, you must cleanse your body of toxins and take suppliments.

    Most important, no smoking. Or recreational drugs. Eat a balanced diet, get some exercise, and no more than moderate alcohol.

    Don’t get scamed

    Don’t eat anything that you didn’t grow yourself. Don’t walk your weight off any where other than the woods,way away from the highway exaust. Make sure you have pepper spray with you at all times. Wash your hands all day long after touching the stuff that others touch.Take vitamins! Get vitamin D- zink-B’s. Organic food’s are a good choice at this time! Take 1- Alka Seltzer a day to keep your bladder free of problems.

    To avoid sickness you need to stay healthy.
    Happiness is a state of mind. SO if you happen to fall ill, think yourself better and avoid all toxins.
    Fitness will depend on your lifestyle. You need to stay active at every age. Look at what your requirements are for your age group and chose activities that you enjoy.
    My best tip would be to stay open to suggestions, be honest with yourself when it comes to diet. Listen to your body when you’re full. Overeating is the most common mistake for weight gain. Visit your local library and get your hands on every book you can regarding nutrition. This is such a wide and varied area to address as every-one is different with regards to needs in the diet. Keep smiling.
